Theatre Arts Education, BFA

Students interested in this program should contact the director of the School of Theatre and Dance and program coordinator prior to enrollment. See College of Education , Licensure, for NC teacher licensure requirements. Students are admitted to the program by jury audition or portfolio, writing sample, and interview.

All theatre courses are restricted to declared theatre arts majors. Enrollment by other majors requires permission of instructor.

Minimum degree requirement is 120 s.h. of credit as follows:

3 s. h. of ballet, tap, jazz, or contemporary dance technique or THEA 2017 - Movement for Actors
