Counseling theories utilized with people with disabilities, such as cognitive behavioral counseling, transactional analysis, and gestalt therapy. Counseling techniques and strategies such as stress management skill training, anger management, self-esteem building, conflict management, dream work, and alternative and complementary therapies.
