GEOG 6405 - Remote Sensing of the Environment

An external data storage device is required. This course examines the principles and applications of remote sensing and techniques of digital image processing. Students will explore the fundamental laws of energy, energy surface interactions, sensor systems, image enhancement, classification, and accuracy assessment.
