Select two 3000 or 4000-level HMGT courses in addition to core and concentration courses.

Food and beverage management concentration:

HMGT 3300 - Principles of Classical Cuisine
HMGT 3301 - Principles of Classical Cuisine Lab
HMGT 3991 - Field Experience in Food and Beverage Management
