The Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technologies Certificate provides the practical skills and instructional foundation for students wishing to enter into a career in the pharmaceutical analysis industry. Core courses provide laboratory skills and the academic knowledge necessary for success in the field. An elective course can be selected from numerous fields with the goal of providing a professional development foundation.
The Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technologies Certificate minimum requirement is 9 s.h. as follows:

Core - 6 s.h.
Note: Students are required to take CHEM 7520 instead of CHEM 6622 if they have previously completed CHEM 4522 at ECU.
Elective - 3 s.h.
