Program Co-Coordinators:
The Nursing, MSN /Business Administration, MBA dual degree program is available to MSN students in the health systems leadership concentration. The program is designed to facilitate the graduate nurse in the acquisition of knowledge and skills to lead health care through a nursing systems and business lens. Students develop specialized knowledge in the theoretical and operational aspects of nursing, population health, and business leadership. Students integrate coursework from both the MSN and the MBA. By sharing twelve credit hours between the two-degree programs, students may be able to graduate in a reduced amount of time. The collaboration also offers nursing and business students the opportunity to gain a competitive edge through education in two nationally recognized programs that are available 100% online.
Students admitted to the dual degree program are required to meet with both program directors to develop a program of study that includes 12 semester hours of courses that may count towards both degrees from the following two course lists.
