Foreign Language Education Minor

The Foreign Language Education Minor serves students completing the Foreign Languages and Literatures, BA degree with a concentration in Spanish and Hispanic Studies, German Studies, or French and Francophone Studies who wish to pursue certification to teach in the K-12 classroom.

Licensure Testing Requirements

Entrance testing: SAT or ACT minimum score or Praxis Core minimum score
Language proficiency exit testing: Praxis II in the language or OPI/WPT in the language
Exit pedagogical performance-based assessment - EdTPA
