East Carolina University’s Bachelor of Science in Construction Management is one of the largest construction management programs in the southeastern United States. Highly qualified and experienced faculty provide students with the highest levels of education combined with the field experience needed to excel in the commercial, residential and infrastructure sectors and other related fields in the construction industry. Students learn to organize, manage, and control projects of various types and sizes and are exposed to current trends of construction techniques and technologies. Graduates of the program enjoy a high job placement rate and are successful in many fields and careers, such as project management, facilities and property management, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and installation.
The Construction Management, BS program is the first accredited by the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE) in North Carolina.
The degree requires a minimum of 120 s.h. as follows:
