Geographic Information Science Certificate

The course of study for the Geographic Information Science Certificate provides theoretical and technological competencies that prepare students to develop and manage geographic information projects and to interpret and implement geographic information science (GIS) as a decision support system. The program enhances basic and applied research capacity at the undergraduate level.

The certificate requires 15 s.h. as follows:

I. Core - 9 s.h.

II. Electives - 6 s.h.
