P: PHAR 7680 or consent of instructor. Explores the cellular and molecular mechanisms by which xenobiotics induce their toxic effects. Focus will be on epigenomic, genomic, metabolomic, proteomic, and other biochemical and molecular interactions of xenobiotics. The clinical manifestations that occur as a result of exposure to such toxicants also will be discussed.
