P: Admission to an occupational therapy graduate program or consent of graduate program coordinator/director. Examination of critical contexts, policies, and skills utilized in leading and advocating for the promotion and sustainment of occupational therapy services. Focuses on the evaluation and application of leadership theory and capacity building principles for developing sustainable outcomes through advocacy, grant writing, and evidence-based management approaches.
