Climate change is a multifaceted phenomenon, which has been impacting marine ecosystems through rising temperatures, ocean acidification, sea level rise, declines in ocean oxygen concentration, changes in ocean circulation, and other processes. This course includes a review of the physical and biogeochemical changes in ocean properties and examines how they impact marine ecosystems and human communities dependent on marine resources.
