P: LIBS 6010, LIBS 6014. Explores the theory and practice of community engagement in community-based archival, library, and information settings. Students will understand the importance of building and sustaining meaningful relationships with local and heritage-based communities and developing the skills necessary to design, implement, and evaluate effective community engagement programs.
