P: Satisfactory performance on the NAUI Swimming Test; KINE 2278 or consent of instructor; a notarized statement releasing the instructor and the university from all liability; a satisfactory medical history and medical examination. Variety of safe diving experiences under controlled conditions beyond basic open water diving levels.
