The Department of Construction Management offers the Master of Science in Construction Management, which is delivered both face-to-face (on campus) and online. Students can choose either coursework plus a research intensive thesis or coursework plus a research capstone.

Applicants to the degree program must have a Bachelor of Science degree in construction or engineering-related disciplines such as civil engineering or construction engineering. Academic degrees in closely related fields such as architecture, real estate, business, finance, accounting, management, or marketing will also be considered for admission. GRE scores are not required. International applicants must meet English requirements specified by the Graduate School.
