Supply Chain Management Certificate

The supply chain management certificate is for individuals seeking careers in or advancement in supply chain management roles. The certificate allows for rapidly accelerated training in supply chain management. Participants are required to complete purchasing and materials management, strategic logistics management, and strategic supply chain management, as well as one other course in project management, supply chain systems, or quality management. The courses may be taken in any sequence. No previous knowledge of supply chain management is required to complete the certificate.

Admission requirements:
Acceptance into the certificate program is dependent upon, but not limited to, one of the following:
- a minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.7
- 5 years of progressive professional experience and an undergraduate degree
- a graduate degree
- enrollment in a graduate degree program in the UNC system
Certificate requirements:
The certificate requires 12 s.h. as follows:
Required courses - 9 s.h.
Elective course - 3 s.h.
