Community College Leadership Certificate

The Community College Leadership Certificate is designed to develop skills and abilities for individuals to resolve educational issues and problems in the community college setting. Program studies include the history of higher education with a community college emphasis; philosophies undergirding higher education policy, structure, and practice; organization and leadership in community colleges; governance; finance; enrollment management and retention; and philanthropy and fundraising.

A master’s degree is required for admission to this certificate program. Three years of leadership experience is preferred.
