Business Analytics and AI Applications Certificate

The Business Analytics and AI Applications Certificate is designed to equip students with advanced knowledge in business analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) applications, enabling them to work effectively with real-world business data sets. Students who successfully complete the program will demonstrate proficiency with social, legal and ethical issues related to business analytics and AI, along with foundational statistical and quantitative skills. The program also provides hands-on experience with a range of data mining, analytics, and AI applications.

Developed with the input of leading recruiters in data analytics and AI fields, completing this four-course certificate program will automatically qualify students for a Tier 2 SAS Academic Specialization. This recognition assures that students have demonstrated proficiency with industry-leading tools in both business analytics and AI.

Admission requirements:

Acceptance into the certificate program is dependent upon, but not limited to, one of the following:

a minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.7
5 years of progressive professional experience and an undergraduate degree
a graduate degree
enrollment in a graduate degree program at East Carolina University
