Workplace Training and Development Certificate

The purpose of the Workplace Training and Development Certificate is to prepare learners for careers in employee training and development. The certificate requires 15 s. h. of graduate level course work (including core courses ADED 6461, ADED 6481 and ADED 6487), and graduate-level electives chosen to meet the career goals and instructional focus of students in the certificate program and a culminating professional instructional portfolio.

Electives - 6 s.h.
Electives selected by the student and advisor. Portfolio requirement:
In addition to course requirements, all students must complete a culminating portfolio within one semester of coursework completion or in the student’s final semester of coursework. |
