Includes a 5-hour practicum experience in behavioral assessment and interventions for students with disabilities. Students expected to provide transportation. P: SPED 2000, SPED 2100; or SPED 2200. Methods and strategies for establishing a positive, strength-based classroom environment that incorporates developmental understanding of behavior, effective teaching structures, and social emotional learning.
