Two lecture and two lab hours per week are required. P: EHST 2110 ; C: EHST 4301 . Environmental health practices and sanitation in institutions and recreational facilities. North Carolina Rules Governing the Sanitation of Institutions and Recreational Facilities are discussed and evaluated.
