2 lab hours per week are required. P: HLTH 1000 or HLTH 1050; C: HLTH 2125. Practical skill application to assess, recognize and provide emergency care and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Successful completion leads to American Red Cross basic life support and first aid certification.
