Degree programs in the College of Engineering and Technology provide students with more than just knowledge, skills and expertise in a variety of STEM disciplines. Our dedicated faculty and staff build relationships with our students, encouraging academic excellence and engagement beyond the classroom. Our students get to know each other and their instructors. These relationships help our students discover new career opportunities and motivate career exploration through internships, research, service learning and student organizations.  With the support of faculty, peer coaches, and alumni mentors, our students discover their ideal career pathways, acquire essential knowledge and expertise, develop leadership skills and build confidence and motivation needed for career success and fulfilling lives.
